- AskAsk a question in plain words. Every answer is drawn from your own documents and names its source.
- Upload and filingUpload files or a whole folder. Each document is filed by process and product, with its name and number left exactly as they were.
Change a document
- Case guideDescribe a complaint or an audit finding. Kenstow shows what your documents say about it, or states that none covers it.
- Proposed revisionsState the change you want. Current and proposed wording appear side by side, and nothing takes effect until an approver signs it off.

Your monthly allowance
Each plan includes a monthly allowance for questions, case analyses and proposed revisions. The app shows it as a percentage.
At 100%, new analyses pause until next month or until you add a Top-up. Uploading, filing, search and approvals carry on.
Top-up. Extra usage, bought in pounds by your account owner, from £10 (about 30 case analyses or 30 questions). It never renews by itself.

What uses it
Case analyses use the most, questions less and proposed revisions the least. Longer documents and longer discussions in a case use more.

Uploading, filing, search, browsing and approvals never use it.
Each figure assumes the whole month went on that one thing. Mixed use shares the allowance. Figures are averages from measured use, rounded in your favour.

Questions
We already have a shared drive. Why Kenstow?
A shared drive stores files. Kenstow answers from them with the source, proposes the revision and shows which other documents need the same change. Drop in a folder and keep the drive for everything else.
Can we add as many people as we like?
Yes. There is no per-user pricing. Give each person a level: viewer, editor, approver or owner.
What happens to our documents if we cancel?
Download them first in Settings, Export. After you cancel, your documents stay readable for 30 days and are then deleted. An owner can also delete the company at once in Settings, Account.
VAT and invoices.
Kenstow is not currently VAT-registered, so invoices carry no VAT. Every payment produces an invoice and receipt with your company name and address, and your VAT number if you add one at checkout.
Do you train on our documents?
No. Kenstow does not train any model on your documents, and each company’s content is kept separate. See the Privacy notice and Sub-processors.
